Lexington, KY – May 27, 2017 – Olivia Chowdry, Denver, CO, and her Cosma 20 took first place in the $7,500 VisitLEX Medium Junior/Amateur Owner Jumper Final at the Lexington International CSI 3*held during the Split Rock Jumping Tour, May 24-28.

Chowdry, a previous winner at the Split Rock Jumping Tour’s Fall event, bested a field of 25 entries over a course laid out by Rio Olympic course designer Guilherme Jorge. They finished their jump-off with no penalties in a time of 35.727 seconds for the win.

“We love being here, it is great for the riders, the horses and the staff,” said Chowdry. “The hospitality is second to none. The footing is always fabulous. Happy horses means happy people. This is my second year with Cosma, I just moved up to the bigger divisions and she is unbelievable. I stepped into the ring hoping I could do enough and she really came through for me.”
