Torano shares his favorite career moments, talks about his current horses, and details his plans for the year

Tampa, FL - March 31, 2009 - Jimmy Torano is a popular grand prix show jumper and the owner and trainer of JET Show Stables of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Mohrsville, PA. Torano has ridden since the age of five and has been very successful on the show jumping circuit since his grand prix premiere in 1989. He has been to numerous World Cup Finals and won the Puissance at the Washington International Horse Show on Lancier 4 in 2000. In 2001, Torano was the Leading Jumper Rider at the National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden. He was also the Leading Jumper Rider on the Vermont Summer Tour in both 2007 and 2008. Jimmy Torano runs a very successful training and sales business with his wife, Danielle Torano, and together they compete at the most prestigious equestrian competitions throughout the country each year. Torano is a board member for the newly formed North American Riders Group (NARG), and has judged many major classes, including the 2008 Pony Medal Finals and ASCPA Maclay Finals. Torano is currently competing at the 2009 Tampa Equestrian Festival and took some time out of his busy day to speak with me.
