Bobby Braswell is one of the top equitation trainers in the nation, having won the ASPCA Maclay finals four times, the USEF Talent Search Finals three times, the USEF Medal Finals twice. He trains riders at Quiet Hill Farm in Ocala, Florida with Christina Schulsmeyer. The pair has a patented system that consistently produces winners, including the winner of last year's Capital Challenge Equitation Finals, Chase Boggio. This week Braswell took some time to discuss his past, his philosophy about what it takes to win an equitation final, and his plans for the year before he began competing at HITS Ocala for the next two weeks.
