Wellington, FL- July 10, 2012 - Mark Bellissimo, Managing Partner of Wellington Equestrian Partners (WEP), is pleased to announce that show jumper Georgina Bloomberg has joined the Wellington Equestrian Partners. With over 60 career grand prix placings, Georgina Bloomberg is one of the nation's top riders and has represented the United States in international competition. She is known for her philanthropic ventures and is also the author of a teen book series based on the equestrian world.
Bellissimo stated, "Georgina has a great background, interest, and enthusiasm for equestrian sport. I am confident she will make contributions throughout our business and the industry. We are actively evaluating a number of initiatives, including a jobs program that will focus on increasing the awareness, training, and access to equestrian jobs within the community; increasing our involvement with Wellington schools; and broadening the FTI Consulting Great Charity Challenge which has raised over $2.7 million dollars for Palm Beach County over the last three years. We are excited to have her as part of our team."
