Lexington International CSI*** Features Top Riders From Around The World

Lexington, KY – May 24, 2017 – Split Rock Jumping Tour’s highly anticipated
Lexington International CSI*** show jumping competition is underway and runs May 24-28, 2017, on the beautiful Split Rock Farm facility at 4845 Bryan Station Road in Lexington, KY.

The Split Rock Jumping Tour is hosting riders from 15 countries including Olympic veterans Eric Navet (FRA), Sharn Wordley (NZ) and Margie Engle (USA) as well as last year’s Bourbon International CSI*** Grand Prix winner Ilan Bluman (COL).

The event is modeled after successful European shows and gives competitors, sponsors and spectators an “Unparalleled Show Jumping Experience” by changing the way show jumping is presented in the U.S. Split Rock offers a world-class venue with top prize money, extravagant awards and numerous first-class amenities for riders, horses, sponsors, and spectators, with close attention paid to every detail.

The Split Rock Jumping Tour is sanctioned by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) as a 3* international competition that allows riders to earn FEI world ranking points.  Daily competition features classes for Junior and Amateur jumper riders as well as those for the professionals.  The competition culminates on Sundaywith the $130,000 CSI*** Grand Prix presented by Split Rock Farm and Ashland Stables.

The schedule for Thursday, May 25 starts at 8:00 am with two Warm-up classes and continues at 11:00 am with the $2,000 Animo Low Junior/Amateur Jumper, the $2,000 VisitLex Medium Junior/Amateur Jumper and the $35,000 Hollow Creek Farm CSI*** Speed Cup.
