How It Works:

• As the gift giver, you will be asked to enter your contact and billing information for billing purposes.
  
  
• You will be required to enter the gift recipient's name, address and e-mail address.
  
  
• You will only be billed once. Your credit card will not be kept on file, nor will it be re-billed when a one-year gift membership has elapsed.
  
  
• PhelpsSports will e-mail the details of the gift membership to you, the Gift Giver, immediately for you to present to the Recipient in any fashion you wish.
  
  
• Activation of a gift membership requires the recipient to go to a special activation page, and enter their activation code. This code and the address to the page will be e-mailed to YOU immediately after paying.
  
  
• The one-year gift membership will last a period of 365 days, at which time the recipient will be asked to renew their membership. The effective start date is the day on which the Recipient actives his/her membership. The lifetime membership never expires, and is good for the lifetime of PhelpsSports.com!
