Another gorgeous New England day, with warm temperatures and bright sunshine was the setting for day three of the Silver Oak Jumper Tournament at Fieldstone Show Park in Halifax, MA. In the Unicorn Landing Grand Prix field, the name of the game today was speed. An early 1.40m Open Jumpers, followed by a Low and High Junior/Amateur Owner Jumpers class, all scored under Table II 2.1, set the table for the main event of the day — the $7,500 Farm Family Speed Derby....

The beautiful Fieldstone Show Park welcomed day two of the 2015 Silver Oak Jumper Tournament with a full day of action in both rings including a packed schedule on the Unicorn Landing Grand Prix field. This year’s tournament, booked to capacity, saw big numbers in almost every class of the day. With temperatures hovering in the mid 70’s and the skies mostly sunny, it was a great day to enjoy a good day of action. And despite the big numbers, everyone was off to enjoy a night out by dinner time....

It was déjà vu all over again in Halifax as the 2015 Silver Oak Jumper Tournament was about to get underway, only this year, instead of on opening day, the torrential rains came the day before the show was scheduled to begin. The monsoon terrorized the New England area all day on Tuesday, causing flight delays and nightmarish traffic jams, but Wednesday couldn’t have been more beautiful for the start of the 2015 Silver Oak Jumper Tournament....
